Findable exists because the enterprises we worked with wanted the capability of modern AI without handing their data, their identity, or their governance to a vendor. So we built a platform that deploys into your Azure tenant, authenticates through your Entra ID, reads from your SharePoint and OneDrive, and reports into your monitoring stack — and then we get out of the way.
WHY WE BUILT IT
Every enterprise AI vendor promises security. Most deliver it as a SaaS tenant you have to trust. We took the other path: Findable runs inside the boundary you already defend, so your existing certifications, conditional access, data residency, and retention policies apply without a single new exception.
That constraint shaped everything else — multi-provider model choice so you’re never locked to one lab, document-level permission trimming so the AI can’t quote a file the user can’t open, and an audit trail you own.
HOW WE WORK
Findable is priced per seat while you’re small and per deployment once you’re not, and every plan includes a Findable engineer getting the platform running in your tenant. We’d rather have fewer customers who run the whole thing than many who use a tenth of it.
The brand stays quiet on purpose. The platform is built to carry your name in front of your people; ours belongs in the footer.
