This policy describes how Findable, Inc. (“Findable,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit findable.net, contact us, or use Findable’s enterprise AI platform (collectively, the “Service”).
Information you provide. Contact details (name, work email, company, role), the content of messages you send through the demo request form or chat, and any account information you create.
Customer Data processed on behalf of an organization. When your organization is a Findable customer, the platform may process data your organization submits or connects (e.g., documents, chats, prompts). This data is governed primarily by the agreement between Findable and your organization, not this policy.
Usage and device information. Standard log information including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies on findable.net for site analytics and to enable interactive features like the support chat.
We use information to (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) respond to inquiries and provide customer support; (c) communicate about product updates, security advisories, and relevant offerings; (d) protect against fraud and abuse; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with (a) service providers that help us operate the Service under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms (for example, hosting, email, analytics, and support tools); (b) parties involved in a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition; (c) when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (d) with your direction or consent.
Findable is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. See our security page for details on architecture, identity, encryption, and data residency.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data retention is governed by the agreement between Findable and your organization.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@findable.net. We will respond consistent with applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA / CPRA).
We use a minimal set of cookies for essential functionality (e.g., session) and analytics (e.g., measuring marketing site traffic). You can control cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect functionality.
The Service is intended for use by organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by other means.
