Pilot is a one-time 90-day engagement, credited toward your first year of Production. Standard installation is included with every plan and does not count against your support hours; non-standard work such as custom integrations or data migrations draws from them. Annual plans renew automatically at the then-current list price; increases for existing customers are capped at 5% per term. Included support hours reset each term and do not roll over; additional hours are billed at $250/hour.
