Copilot column uses Microsoft’s published list price for Microsoft 365 Copilot: $30 per user per month on an annual commitment, excluding the required Microsoft 365 base license. Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is $21 per user per month for organizations under 300 seats — Starter at $10 is still under half of that. Findable figures are the monthly fee × 12; one-time setup fees are not included. Glean does not publish pricing and is quote-only. Findable is not a replacement for Copilot inside Word and Excel — it is a different product with a different shape; this table compares only what each costs to put in front of your whole organization.

Setup fees are billed once, on signature. Starter setup is a guided session where a Findable engineer walks your admin through the setup wizard; Production setup is a Findable engineer installing the platform in your tenant. Starter is billed per named user per month with a 50-seat minimum and a 150-seat ceiling; seats can be added at any time and the count is trued up monthly. Beyond 150 seats the deployment moves to Production. Monthly fees are billed in advance and carry a 12-month minimum term that renews automatically; increases for existing customers are capped at 5% per term. Standard installation does not count against your support hours; non-standard work such as custom integrations or data migrations draws from them. Included support hours reset each term and do not roll over; additional hours are billed at $250/hour.
